AARC President joins the RTSROC Congress as a keynote speaker

美國呼吸照護學會(AARC)理事長 Timothy R. Myers於12月19日應邀參加中華民國呼吸治療師公會全國聯合會(RTSROC) 2009年為慶祝呼吸治療師節(Respiratory Therapist Day)所舉辦的年度學術研討會，會中除了演講美國呼吸照護學會的發展目標外，也介紹了美國呼吸照護學會的組織運作，其中包括Koga Medal的由來。

美國呼吸照護學會(AARC)理事長 Timothy R. Myers於12月17日應邀參加中國醫藥大學(CMU)呼吸治療學系為慶祝呼吸治療師節(Respiratory Therapist Day)所舉辦的呼吸治療系週活動。

第55屆美國呼吸照護學會(AARC)國際呼吸大會於德州聖安東尼市舉行，世界會呼吸照護聯盟(ICRC)會議也慶祝成立20週年，中國醫藥大學(CMU)呼吸治療學系講師暨中國醫藥大學附設醫院(CMUH)呼吸治療科朱家成技術主任以世界呼吸照護聯盟執行委員會台灣區代表(Governor for Taiwan)的身份與會，超過20個國家的代表共同討論世界呼吸治療專業的發展。

International Fellow Visits AARC Office

美國呼吸照護學會(AARC) 2009 International Fellowship總共有25個國家44個申請者提出，最後選出六個申請者。大陸浙江省邵逸夫醫院呼吸治療科袁月華技術主任也獲選今年的Fellow，其訪問的城市--北卡羅萊納州 Durham及德州達拉斯，因此於November 30順道訪問美國呼吸照護學會總部。
